Our minimum stay is 2 nights and the maximum is 3 months. Our maximum number of guests is 4. Our current prices for 2024 are: $130 per night, $800 usd per week and $2,200 usd per month and we ask for a $400 usd damage deposit, fully refundable 48 hours after you leave. For monthly renters we pay for maid service once a week for 4 hours. She will be able to wash and change your bedding and towels as well as give the apartment a good cleaning. We provide you with your first 20 gallons of drinking water, and enough coffee, tea, milk….. to get you started so that you don’t have to immediately go to the grocery store.

Should you choose to book directly with us there will be no service fees but we require a 50% deposit to hold the reservation. The second payment including the damage deposit needs to be paid 2 weeks prior to arrival. We are not able to accept credit cards but you can pay with PayPal or bank transfers.
