What a perfect location, easy walking into City Center and very adorable taxis to bring us back. The condo was comfortable, had great amenities and made an extended vacation for us memorable. San Miguel de Allende has much to offer—so glad we made the choice to spend our time here.

I can’t recommend this place enough.
This property is perfect and ideal in every way. Especially if you desire a long term rental.
I travel all over and run an online business so having a space that feels expansive, comfortable and highly functional, with good Wi-Fi is necessary.
The outdoor space alone and views made it worth it! With the magical sunrises in SMA it’s the best.
Not to mention everything is new and the owners thought of every need a traveler, especially from overseas would want to have upon arrival and in general.
There is a large TV in the bedroom, the bed is super comfy, a ton of closet space, and more.
The kitchen is fully equipped if you desire to cook or not and what I loved most was the open floor plan. I cook often and go to the farmers market so a full size fridge was great, Nespresso maker and frother, juicer, and blender.
Also this property complex has a brand new gym you can use anytime with great equipment and is super clean, like I said brand new, and there is access to a heated pool, sauna and more.
There is also an entire rooftop just for you with a Grill, table and chairs.
-Wi-Fi was good.
-The owners are highly communicative, super sweet and helpful!
-The walk to town was all down hill and is a nice walk. It’s only 12-15 minutes to centro depending how fast you walk
The walk back is all uphill so you will get in shape;) or you can get a cab. The ride is only $3 us. Either way, in SMA you are always walking up or down hills.

Beautiful condo in a very quiet safe neighborhood. The king size beds are extremely comfortable. We loved using the onsite gym and pool during our month long stay. One thing to note this is up on a hill outside of town. Walking into town is downhill but walking back is a steep grind. We most definitely got in the walking miles this trip!

Judith’s home is lovely, pristine and quiet! She has it beautifully decorated with good appliances and everything you need to prepare meals at home if you want. We met a lot of people in the same complex , made friends & felt very safe. The security staff at the entrance gates are wonderful. Downside of good security is Uber often won’t pick up inside the gates;but it’s an easy stroll to the “back” gate to get picked up. Taxi’s don’t mind going thru security. We walked most of the time; you need to be in reasonably good shape to manage the hills in the complex as well as to el Centro. There is a nice pool a level down (big hill) as well as a gym. There’s an app to sign up to use pool (whirlpool/ sauna and steam as well). Pool is warm but only gets sun in morning in Jan / Feb. There aren’t any restaurants close by; you need to walk / taxi / door dash. Rooftop terrace is nice – sun / hot w some shade. Saw other units – Judith’s was our fav for views, natural light & 👍👍host

Our development, Capilla de Piedra, is named for the abandoned chapel that existed here. It is beautifully restored and maintained by our development. You may use the chapel anytime by informing the management and they will unlock it for you
Our minimum stay is 1 month and the maximum is 3 months. Our maximum number of guests is 4. Our current price for 2024 is $2300 usd. per month and we ask for a $400 usd. damage deposit, fully refundable 48 hours after you leave. We pay for maid service once a week for 4 hours. She will be able to wash and change your bedding and towels as well as give the apartment a good cleaning. We provide you with your first 20 gallons of drinking water, and enough coffee, tea, milk….. to get you started so that you don’t have to immediately go to the grocery store.
If you are reluctant to book directly with us and would like the guarantees Airbnb offers, here is a link to our listing on Airbnb. You can read and verify all the reviews which I have inserted here and have the security that a big booking site offers. You will have to pay their service fees but you avoid the refundable damage deposit.
Should you choose to book directly with us there will be no service fees but we require a 50% deposit. The second payment including the damage deposit needs to be paid 2 weeks prior to arrival. We are not able to accept credit cards but you can pay with PayPal or bank transfers.
